Leticia Bautista Vintage 1980's Seymour Duncan SSL-1 Set

   This pickup set was removed from a vintage guitar and are listed in USED condition and is not eligible for return.

This pickup set has been verified by the professionals at Seymour Duncan before listing. They were wound by Leticia Bautista and most likely from the 1980's.

 These were made and wound in the USA and are now an uncommon find. There is minor corrosion on the top of the magnets, but nothing impacting their performance. These function and play fantastic!

All 3 pickups are South-up polarity. The set does NOT have a RW/RP middle pickup for hum-cancelling when combining the pickups. This a truely vintage-style set!

"Our Vintage Staggered for Stratocaster pickups (SSL-1) use hand-ground alnico 5 rod magnets and heavy Formvar mag wire with a special wind pattern to produce that bright, glassy, bell tone with all of the bounce and sparkle you would expect from the best Strat pickups from the 50s. The treble attack is crisp and immediate, while the low end remains articulate and focused. Chords ring out with clear note-to-note separation."
