21-Day Return Policy

At Emulator Guitar Parts, we want you to be satisfied with your order.

As such, we have a 21-day return policy on new items, which means you have 21 days after receiving your new item to request a return.

After submitting a return request, we will issue you a Return Merchant Authorization (RMA) number.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return by Emulator Guitar Parts may delay your return or be rejected/denied.

For a return to be eligible, it must adhere to the following:

  1. Be returned in the same condition that you received it. Meaning it must not be  damaged, altered, or modified in any way.
  2. Include it's original packaging and labeling.
  3. Include a copy of the original dated sales receipt.
  4. Include an authorized RMA number visibly displayed on the return package.
  5. Cannot be a non-returnable* item. See below for details on non-returnable items.

Return shipping and freight are the responsibilities of the customer. Emulator Guitar Parts is not liable for any damages or loss incurred regarding your return shipment. As such, we recommend the service of reputable carriers that offer tracking and insurance for your return shipment. 

*Return Exclusions & Non-Returnable Items 

Certain types of items cannot be returned. Such items include, but are not limited to:

  • Pre-owned items - Such as vintage items, used pickups, used guitars, etc.
  • Special orders - Such as custom orders, special orders, personalized items, etc.
  • Degradable and/or hazardous items - Such as guitar strings, flammable liquids, oils, cleaners, etc.
  • Discounted products - Such as clearance, B-stock, final sale, or as-is items.

All returns are evaluated by us and are charged a 15% restocking fee, deducted from your refund. Shipping & handling fees are non-refundable. If you have taken advantage of our promotional offer of free shipping over $50 USD and the value of your return(s) brings your order total below $50, we will charge the outbound shipping cost to your used payment method.

Shipping Damages

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. Contacting us as soon as possible assists in our evaluation and if we agree with your claim, we will do what we can to make it right.

Exchanges 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Please note that items which fall under the '*Return Exclusions & Non-Returnable Items' listed previously are not applicable for an exchange.

Refunds 

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if it is approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded using your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
