Package Shipping Date

At Emulator Guitar Parts, we try our best to ship your order as quickly as possible.

When possible, we try to ship within the same business day of cleared payment for all in-stock items. After processing payment, most orders are shipped within 2-5 business days for all in-stock items.

Special order items, back-ordered items, or items with customization are not subject to these lead times and will have extended shipping dates.

Packaging Hours

Our shipping hours are Monday through Friday, 11AM-3PM PST. Orders are prioritized after payment processing and received date of the order.

We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated using the rates from shipping carriers and will be displayed during the checkout process. 

Most shipping methods use the package's dimensional weight to calculate shipping rates. Orders containing large or irregularly shaped products may result in increased  shipping costs that are not calculated accurately during checkout. In such cases, we will contact the customer for additional payment of the difference.


Promotional free economy shipping on orders over $50 USD

Periodically, we may have a promotional offer for shipping. This is offer of 'Free standard shipping on continental U.S. orders over $50 USD' applies to orders made within and delivered to any of the 48 contiguous United States of America. This offer is non-transferable to any other purchases without the approval of Emulator Guitar Parts. This offer is valid only for purchases from 'emulatorguitar.com' and this offer is subject to change and removal without notice. This offer is subject to exclusions which may consist of but are not limited to the following:

  • Large or irregularly shaped items - such as: guitars, instrument cases, etc.
  • Heavy or increased freight items - such as: amplifiers, storage racks, etc.
  • Hazardous or sensitive products - such as: chemicals, vacuum tubes, batteries, etc.
  • Special orders - such as: custom orders, specialized items, personalized pickups, etc.

 Orders that utilize our promotional 'Free standard shipping on continental U.S. orders over $50 USD' are subject to the stipulations of our return policy. You can review our return policy here.


Shipping Carriers

Our default shipping carrier is the United States Postal Service (USPS). 

At our discretion, we may change the provided shipping carrier to another carrier & service.

On select orders, we may list additional shipping services as a voluntary purchase option. These are not considered a part of our promotional 'Free standard shipping on continental U.S. orders over $50 USD' and are entirely optional. Payment for the selection of these services is the sole responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Information & PO Boxes

The shipping information provided by you, the customer, is used to generate the shipping estimate and delivery destination. Improperly submitting information may result in shipping delays and possible delivery failure and is not the responsibility of Emulator Guitar Parts.

Customers who would like to have their orders delivered to a P.O. Box may use USPS as the shipping carrier. Any and all addresses utilizing a P.O. Box that cannot be verified may be rejected.

Please note that some items such as irregularly shaped items, oversized items, hazardous items, and heavy items cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box and must be shipped to a physical address which may incur additional charges.

Shipping Delays

Emulator Guitar Parts is not responsible for any shipping delays due to weather, carrier complications, improperly submitted information, or acts out of our control. Emulator Guitar Parts is not responsible for the failure to meet any projected delivery date after your package has been received by a shipping carrier.

Expedited Shipping Options

Some customers may require expedited shipping for their order. This includes services such as: expedited, overnight, 2-day, next-day shipping service options. We may offer these as purchasable shipping options for your convenience.

Emulator Guitar Parts is not responsible for the costs of any expedited shipping service selected by the customer. Any and all expedited shipping options are non-refundable and are not guaranteed by Emulator Guitar Parts.

Emulator Guitar Parts is not responsible for any shipping delays due to weather, carrier difficulties, or acts out of our control. Emulator Guitar Parts is not responsible for failure to meet any projected delivery date after your package(s) has been received by the shipping carrier. For issues arising from shipping delays, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

If you would like to utilize an expedited shipping service for your order when it is not available at checkout, please contact us using this email: support@emulatorguitar.com before placing your order for assistance. Placing an order before reaching out to us for assistance may result in delays in your shipment.

Delivery Signatures

For sensitive, high value, or hazardous orders, we may require a signature for proof of shipment delivery at our discretion. Such items that we typically require signatures for are: guitars,  amplifiers, and orders of a combined value of $500 and higher.

International Shipping

We do not offer international shipping at this time.
