About Us

Emulator Guitar Parts began in a tiny garage on the West coast of the U.S.A. with the help of friends & family. Born from a simple observation that couldn't be ignored.

It started with one guitar technician doing what he loved—servicing guitars and solving problems on instruments that musicians needed help with. Over time, a pattern emerged: customer after customer walked through the door asking the same question, "Do you know where I can get pickups made the way I want?" The requests kept coming. Growing louder and more frequent until it became clear this wasn't just casual interest... it was an unmet demand.

What began more than a decade ago as a side project—tinkering with & deconstructing pickups—quickly became something bigger. Friends and family believed in the potential early on enough to encourage the startup to happen.  What made the difference wasn't just the technical skill, it was the genuine ear to feedback of what the musicians actually asked for. Every pickup was designed with the hands-on experience of someone who knew guitars inside and out. With years of experience in the industry, failures & successes helped every step of the way to form the expertise to properly meet that demand.

That humble garage transformed into an opportunity where musicians could get exactly what they wanted—personalized pickups with the detailed specifications that was not available elsewhere. Business grew not from an aggressive marketing strategy, but from one basic principle: listen to what your customers ask for and deliver something worthy of their gamble.

Today, Emulator Guitar Parts carries that origin story forward. We're still driven by the same mentality that started in that garage: deep technical knowledge, a commitment to refinement, and an unwavering appreciation for the people who depend on us. Every pickup we create carries the weight of that early conviction:

That sometimes the best businesses start when you simply can't ignore the call to do better.

Thank you for giving us that opportunity,
