1-Year LIMITED Warranty


Emulator Guitar Parts warrants that the electromagnetic guitar pickup(s) manufactured by and purchased directly from Emulator Guitar Parts shall be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year beginning from the date of delivery after purchase. This warranty applies only to the original retail purchaser and is subject to the following terms, conditions, and limitations:

IMPORTANT: PLEASE RETAIN YOUR ORIGINAL SALES RECEIPT, AS IT IS YOUR PROOF OF PURCHASE VALIDATING YOUR LIMITED WARRANTY. THIS WARRANTY IS VOID WITHOUT SUCH PROOF OF PURCHASE.


Limitations and Exclusions


The following items are not covered by this warranty:

  1. Tonal, sonic, or musical characteristics of a pickup. Tone and sound are subjective and not covered by this limited warranty.

  2. Any damage that results due to mishandling during installation. It is highly recommended that to avoid damaging your new pickup(s), installation be performed by a professional.

  3. Damage, degradation, and deterioration that results from abuse, misuse, negligence, accident, exposure to detrimental changes in temperature or humidity, or Acts of Nature.

  4. Any damage and degradation to a pickup as a result from modification, alteration, or customization.

  5. Corrosion, damage, degradation, discoloration, or rusting of any exposed or plated metal surface.

  6. Any pickup(s) purchased from another retailer other than Emulator Guitar Parts.

  7. Damages as a result from shipping.

  8. Pickup(s) sold by Emulator Guitar Parts that are not directly manufactured by Emulator Guitar Parts.

  9. Emulator Guitar Parts pickup(s) that have been serviced by unauthorized persons for warranty work.


To receive warranty service, contact us using the information below to initiate the return process for warranty work, with your sales receipt establishing proof and date of purchase during the applicable warranty period. Defective pickups that qualify for coverage under this warranty will be repaired or replaced by Emulator Guitar Parts with a similar or comparable product not in excess of the original purchase price without charge.

 

EMULATOR GUITAR PARTS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO HAVE SOLE DETERMINATION AS TO THE MISUSE OR ABUSE OF THE PRODUCT.  ALL TRANSPORTATION, INSURANCE, AND FREIGHT CHARGES ASSOCIATED WITH RECEIVING WARRANTY SERVICE ON EMULATOR GUITAR PARTS PICKUP(S) ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PURCHASER AND ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY.


THE FOREGOING CONSTITUTES THE ONLY WARRANTY MADE BY EMULATOR GUITAR PARTS WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCTS AND IS MADE EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.
Any implied warranties, including without limitation, warranties of merchant-ability or fitness for any particular purpose, imposed under state law are limited to the duration of this limited warranty. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations may not be applicable to you.
EMULATOR GUITAR PARTS ASSUMES NO LIABILITY FOR PROPERTY DAMAGE RESULTING FROM FAILURE OF THIS PRODUCT NOR ANY LOSS OF INCOME, SATISFACTION, OR DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE LOSS OF
USE OF SAME DUE TO DEFECTS OR AVAILABILITY OF SAME DURING SERVICE.
NOTE: This warranty applies only to Emulator Guitar Parts pickup(s) purchased and serviced within the United States of America.
